the building is under construction. The carpeted floors were wet, The bar and cafe areas were blocked off due to the construction and the remodel that is in progress.

The property was under renovation which it is in desperate need of. The property is in really bad shape. Carpet in the main building was stained, walls in bad shape, tiles in bad shape. We stained in another part of the hotel. It was better and at least clean in the room, but no towels, out of toilet paper. I would not recommend.

I ended up not even staying the night and having to go pay for another hotel room at a differnt hotel. The Ramada was absolutely dirty and I didnt feel safe there.

Randy the manager was very nice and accommodating. Made sure anything we needed was taken care of. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. Great indoor/outdoor pool room was very nice comfortable bed and furniture will definitely stay again if going to Shreveport

Nothing it was filthy the rooms were not clean . The temperature was hot in the room and I sweated just sitting in the lobby .
